You be responsible for monitoring the preparation duties and the cleaning procedures in
production as well as during sanitation activities. You will also ensure that inspections during pre-operational or production related activities and policies on product quality and safety meet regulations.

- Full time permanent position
- Day Shifts starting as early as 5.00am
- Pay Rate: $23.15 hourly
- Additional perks including financial incentives and product discounts.
- Ensure to uphold and follow all HACCP/SQF and good manufacturing practices (GMP’s) standards, including any visitor or contractor on-site.
- Perform necessary inspections and complete preparation duties for production to begin.
- Follow all company/government/customer policies and regulations regarding product quality and safety.
- Monitor, document and ensure proper procedures are being followed for
- production and during sanitation activities
- Participate in and adhere to all Health & Safety policies and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- University or College diploma in dietetics studies, chemical technology, food
- transformation or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience.
- HACCP/SQF training completed.
- Knowledge of the food industry an asset.
- Good judgement, team player, autonomy, attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
