Project Manager Job at Straight-Up Metal Buildings Ltd
Straight-up Metal Buildings is an established custom metal building manufacturer operating from a 85,000 sq ft facility in Rocky View County, AB. And has been incorporated since 2005.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. As a Project manager you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and will be responsible for coordinating with our drafting manager, production manager and customers to successfully complete jobs from start to finish.
Responsibility
- Coordinate with drafting manager, production manager and customers to build comprehensive schedules for jobs.
- Confirm between design team and customers that project scope is finalized
- Work with purchaser to order all project required buyouts
- Project Management of sub trades
- Schedule and organize field installation requirements
- Complete turn over packages
- Prepare and manage invoicing with accounting manager
Experience
Min 5 years industry experience
Knowledge & skills
- Capable of reading and understanding building drawings and specifications
- Advanced computer skills in MS Project, outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Adaptable and able to work in a team environment
