Overview:

We provide staffing solutions to Automotive production plants and seek to provide a positive and rewarding experience for job seekers to develop their career in the automotive industry.

The Position:

We are looking for reliable candidates that have a strong work ethic and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established automotive company in Strathroy with opportunity to move up within the organization. As a Production Associate, it is your responsibility to ensure that product is produced, properly manufactured, and meets all quality standards.

Job responsibilities include:

• Operate a variety of technological machinery
• Handcrafting the manufactured product with attention to detail by following SOP’s
• Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail to meet quality standards
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Complete physically demanding tasks to meet shipping requirements
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• Open availability to work ALL THREE rotating shifts (days, afternoons and nights)
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 25lbs on a repetitive basis
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Successful completion of high school education or equivalent. *Teppen can assist you in acquiring your G.E.D.*
• Related experience is an asset
• Candidates with the following experience have transferable skills general labour/labor, warehouse work, or manufacturing background.
