As a Precision Farming Specialist, you will thrive on challenges and provide solutions to contribute to customer and business success by being qualified to:

• Sell and Service Precision Ag equipment
• Manage stocking of Precision Ag Products
• Sell your services to assist growers with the successful operation of these products
• Manage the Precision ag training requirements for the dealerships, and ensure supplier compliance.
• Achieve budgeted sales targets for products and services
• Plan future business needs within this product group
• Manage supplier relationships with companies such as Trimble, Topcon, Agco-Fuse, Kubota

Precision Ag

• Assist Sales People with OEM solution technology sales
• Maintain leading knowledge of industry trends and our related solutions
• Provide occasional training to sales and service staff on products
• Manage basic installations of technologies
• Attend industry trainings as they are provided, in person and online
• Attend sales and shows to support supplier initiatives
• Other sales activities from time to time as required.

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in agriculture equipment, with a high level knowledge of the use and needs of precision ag equipment.

You will be computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Excel and being comfortable learning new technology platforms.

You are able to operate independently, with minimal supervision, while understanding the importance and need to achieve budgeted targets
