Northern BC’s biggest holistic wellness center seeking a Front-Office SUPERSTAR - AKA our Patient Experience Specialist!
Are you confident, reliable and resourceful? Do you have lots of positive energy, a good work ethic, loads of common sense, great communication skills and are a customer service pro?
We are a locally owned, fun, fast-paced alternative and holistic health center looking for an A-Player who is highly efficient, organized, results oriented person, with a sense of humor and thick skin.
We are looking for a full time, 32hrs/week guaranteed (with extra shifts for vacation coverage, etc.) possibly leading to full time, long-term, who can provide support to our clinical team and provide an exceptional patient experience.
Qualified applicant must love working with people, enjoy learning, being stretched to grow, and ultimately be an integral part of all of our day-to-day operations.

Here’s something you should know; anyone we add to our team will have:
1) Team and/or Leadership Experience – people who've played on sports or other types of teams or who have had significant leadership experience understand how to play their role and also how to pitch in wherever and whenever needed.
2) High-end Customer Service or Restaurant Experience – high-end, busy restaurants or customer service-oriented teams generally offer exceptional sales training, and workers are expected to maintain high levels of service and personal organization, over long hours, while under extreme pressure.
The following items are a list of must-haves you should possess to apply for this position:
Customer Experience Talents (Face-to-Face and Over the Phone)
- Ability to effectively educate patients of our products, services, and procedures (training provided)
- Skills maintaining high customer service standards and rapport building to attract and retain patients
- Excellent time management skills including task priority assessment
- Computer skills to maintain information in the company’s online patients records
Fun and Fast-Paced Office Operations
- Enthusiastically handle incoming calls from Patients, business associates, and team members with a smile
- Skills to organize and manage company correspondence including patient files
- Proactive talent for improving organization and aesthetics of common areas in the office
- Ability to work in a fast paced, always adapting environment

- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- Self awareness and personal accountability
- Open to ongoing feedback and training
- Organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

Location: Two locations – one great team – College Heights and 5th Avenue
Compensation: starting wage: $20/hour, extended health benefits
Schedule: Successful candidate will have open and flexible availability to work around our business needs and able to work at both of our locations. This could include evenings and weekends.
