PART-TIME MATH AND SCIENCE TEACHER Job at Oxford Learning

Oxford Learning Hamilton is looking for a committed, reliable and enthusiastic teacher who enjoys working with students in Grades 9-12. Our High School Advantage Program offers individual support for students looking to improve their academic skills and study habits.
A great candidate for this position will possess the following qualification:
- Post-Secondary Graduate with experience in either teaching or tutoring
- Extensive knowledge of the current Grades 9-12 Math curriculum (including Advanced Functions, Linear Algebra, Trigonometry and Calculus)
- Must be able to teach Physics, Chemistry, and Biology based on the Ontario Curriculum
- Strong English language oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability multi-task
Interested candidates must be available a minimum of two evenings (Monday - Thursdays 3:50 pm – 7:30 pm and Saturdays (10:00 am - 1:00 pm).
A commitment until the end of June 2023 is required.
