Full-time
- prepare and edit correspondence and legal documents
- calendar and schedule management
- maintain and organize client files
- carry out correspondence and communications with internal staff, lawyers and external clients
- priortize work and meet deadlines
- draft a variety of court documents including Notices of Civil Claim, Responses to Civil Claims, Petitions, Affidavits, Lists of Documents
- Assist in preparations for Examinations for Discovery, Trials, Petition hearings, Application hearings and Mediations
- ability to write professionally, grammatically and apply proofreading skills when drafting documents
- ability to work independently and in small teams
- employ organizational skills
- maintain a consistent eye for detail
- work in a professional environment with a varying clientele and a broad range of legal disputes
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $53,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
