We are hiring a Packaging Assistant for a high-end & fast-paced, boutique meat manufacturing company located in North Vancouver! Their experienced sausage making team follows the best German standards to produce the highest quality, traditional European hams, cold cuts, and sausages.
This company has been at the forefront of BC's meat production for over a decade! They work with local restaurants, retailers and private chefs to supply the best quality sausages and meats.
If you are a meat lover who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a tight-knit team, and if you have some prior experience with packaging products you should apply here today!
What we can offer you:
· Days: Monday – Friday shifts available
· Part time hours!
· Hours: 6am – 2pm
· Pay rate: $20 - $23/hour
· Benefits after probation
Responsibilities:
· Working with meat & sausages at the final stage of production
· Using packaging machines
· Cleaning work area and equipment
· Working in a small team of three people
· Working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
· Prior experience with packaging product
· Energetic, positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
· Having a class 5 license and vehicle is preferred (due to location & start time)
· Ability to stand on feet all day in a fast-paced environment
