The Opportunity
Your responsibility includes all area of used equipment sales and rental from scouting machines and setting appropriate price margins, to finding prospects and building a great customer relation to sell the used equipment. The experience is like running your own used equipment sales business, and your reward is only limited to the amount of dedication you put in your role. You will need to use Microsoft CRM to manage reports, pricings, and sales.
The tools and resources will be available to you; however, your success in this role goes hand in hand with your hard work and the level of effort you put forth.
The Ideal Candidate
You are a team player who is driven, creative, and energetic. You possess excellent communications skills and desire to thrive. You have experience with B2B sales or have a strong understanding of it. You are confident in how you hold a conversation and carry yourself. You have strong analytical abilities and enjoy solving problems like negotiating for a win-win sale in maintaining good customer and business relations. You will have:
- A post-secondary education in Sales, Business Management or a related discipline
- Exposure of B2B sales would be an asset
