Operations Team Member/ Route Support

Full Time - Day Shift – Wednesday to Sunday – 40 hours/week

We’re looking for a sociable full-time Route Service Representative/Operations Team Member (HYBRID ROLE - DAY SHIFT) who not only aligns with our values of continuous improvement, compassion, and integrity, but they live it. What you’ll do

Your daily duties will vary day to day:

• Act as an extension of our client care team – you’re the face of our company when it comes to the veterinary community!
• Operating the retort, creating and packaging paw prints, engraving plaques and memorial items, quality control, and processing and packaging cremated remains
• Maintain daily cremation goals, producing cremains with an emphasis on compassion and excellence
• You’ll be meeting with veterinary staff, help troubleshoot issues on-site and report back, noting anything that needs to be escalated
• Drive a company van along a as needed where you’ll pick up deceased pets from local veterinary clinics and bring them back to our memorial center
• Take ownership of our machinery – making adjustments, providing feedback, and submitting maintenance requests
• Adhere to all workplace safety policies, compliances and regulations

Your work environment will include

• Frequent bending and lifting (65lb minimum weight)
• Using provided apps and GPS software to complete your route
• Certain PPE is required for different tasks, but we’ll provide that for you
• 40 hours a week, guaranteed Overtime may be available during busier times
• Working in varying temperatures – you may be exposed to the elements when leaving your vehicle/entering a building and temperatures will vary when entering cold storage and our care facility
