OPERATIONS ADMINSITRATION ASSISTANT Job at Morbern Inc.
Reports to: Casting & Finishing Manager and the Environmental Health & Safety Manager
Job Purpose: Support Production Supervisors and the Environmental Health & Safety Manager
Duties:
-Administration of Manpower Overtime Planning calling and reporting
-Maintain Training Log Reports
-General Administrative Duties
-Liaise with Human Resources
-WSIB Claims management experience is an asset
-Administrative functions relative to Environmental Health & Safety
-Distribution of all interoffice memos
-Distribution of weekly information or Company notices
-Responsible to observe Morbern’s occupational health and safety rules. This ensures your personal safety and the safety of others and assists Morbern to promote safety at work for all employees
-Other duties as directed
Education:
-College Diploma, or relative work experience
Qualifications:
-Administrative experience 2-3 years
-Microsoft application experience (Excel a must)
-Customer Service experience
-Date entry integrity
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
