Welcome to Medify. This is a personalized health care service, geared towards offering integrative medicine, primarily in the field of men's health. The candidate would work directly with Dr. Verma's patients, to offer nutrition based health coaching.

In essence, a patient would sign on for a year or more. Dr. Verma will take care of the medical needs, and the coach would take on the nutrition and lifestyle counselling. The general direction of the coaching would be directed by the doctor, but the coach would have latitude to work within those contexts. There would also be direct communication with Dr. Verma to ensure good communication regarding patient care. This communication presents a wonderful learning opportunity, to add objective lab testing into the coaching aspect of one's health.

The ideal candidate would have certification as a health coach and/or holistic nutritionist.

Solid communication skills and a motivating personality are very important to this role. An understanding of vitamins and nutraceuticals is preferable.

The work is very flexible, and would be performed completely remotely. Scheduling and work hours would be created between you and the patient.

The role only pays for direct patient care. ie. Does not cover for admin time to coordinate consults with patients. Number of hours per week is approximately 1-4. Therefore, this job is best as an add-on to any other work you are doing.

This is an independent contractor role. No benefits are provided.
