Senior Engineering Manager

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead, grow, and manage a team of full-stack engineers and work with product, design, and data science peers to elaborate, prioritize and implement large scale projects in an Agile environment.

Skills

• A strong technical background (preferably in a full stack development)

• Still willing and able to get your hands dirty with software design, code creation, tooling, etc.

• You are not afraid to question the status-quo, love to drive technical decisions and have an insatiable curiosity to tackle real problems

• Experience programming for large data set processing

• A track record of leading team members to achieve higher levels of impact in their careers.

• Strength and experience in running engineering teams using metrics.

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.

Base Salary: $175,000/yr to $215,000/yr
