LPN (Casual) Job at Express Healthcare Professionals - Red Deer
Express Healthcare Professionals is hiring for casual/contract LPN for multiple locations across Alberta.
The role:
- Provide direct care by assessing resident health needs – recording of vital signs, discusses and records chief health concerns, performs tests, administers injections and medications, dressing changes, immunizations, etc.
- Evaluates individual employee work performance through observation and spot checking work completed; initiates disciplinary action according to policies and procedures.
- Directs work of healthcare aides based on resident needs and site needs.
- Supervises and evaluates work performance in terms of resident care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.
Qualifications:
-Licensed Practical Nurse
-Current membership in good standing with CLPNA
-Clear police information check and VSC within 6 months
-CPR/BCLS for healthcare provider required
-Fully Covid-19 vaccinated
Pay is $40/hr.
