Job Summary:

Your mission, if you accept, is to provide a clean and pleasant environment for both our customers and our staff. You will greet customers with a smile and direct them to the appropriate staff for their needs. You will be attending to both the indoor showroom as well as the outdoor lot, ensuring the bikes are well displayed and safely placed.

The job:

• Greet customers and ensure optimum customer service
• Check in customer motorcycles with service advisor/service receptionist
• Organize lot and showroom to ensure motorcycles and other vehicles are positioned as per dealership requirements
• Responsible for regular maintenance/housekeeping of lot, showroom, and showroom washrooms
• Run errands for reception and service department as required
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards
• Maintain customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure
• Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment

Shifts: 8 hour shifts, seasonal contract

Wage: Hourly

The requirements:

• Must be able to work outdoors
• Must be able to push a motorcycle – this is heavy work – and perform lots of physical activity
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to ride a motorcycle is an asset
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
