We are looking for an experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a landscape crew, including scheduling, training, and supervising employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of horticulture and landscaping techniques, as well as experience in managing personnel. The Landscape Supervisor must also be able to work effectively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of landscapers.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all landscaping projects and materials used.
- Inspect completed projects to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train and develop new team members in proper landscaping techniques.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Order materials as needed for projects.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
