Acden Holdings is currently accepting applications for a Labourer Operator to support business operations and maintenance. This position is located at 10-3500 Saprae Creek Trail. The position consists of 5 days on, 2 days off; 8-hour day shifts; however, hours, schedules and locations may change from time to time due to operational requirements.

This is a local position to Fort McMurray, AB; candidates must have their own accommodation and transportation within the region.

What would your role entail?

· Performing general labour duties which could include grounds maintenance

· Operate Skid Steer, Wheel Loader, Aerial Work Platform and Forklift

· Delivery of supplies and materials to various sites and work locations

· Perform housekeeping duties such
as cleaning of tools and equipment

· Perform grounds care (i.e., smoke urn

· clean-up, lawn mowing, landscaping, sweeping, garbage removal, etc.)

· Move, modify, adjust, install and repair office furniture and materials

· Complete work order requests for repairs and services

· Clean snow from parking lots, walkways, and rooftops

· Actively participating in the shop safety program and maintain strict adherence to OH&S guidelines

What are the Job Requirements?

· Valid Class five (5) driver’s license and a 5-year driver’s abstract that demonstrates a pattern of safe driving behaviour

· Over 1 year of Skid Steer operating experience

· Over 1 year of Loader and Forklift operating experience is considered an asset

· Strong team player skills and ability to work hard independently

· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

· Ability to follow direction

· Valid Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or equivalent is an asset

· Must be physically fit to perform all duties of the position (including walking, climbing, and carrying heavy materials)
