Most of the Things You'll Work On:

• Use data and user insights to optimize existing conversation flows and create intuitive, adaptive new conversation flows
• Own every stage of the chatbot conversation design process, from research and design to conversation scripting and testing
• Coordinate efforts and collaborate with project teams, including business, IT, and third parties to identify processes, apply Lean/Six Sigma principles, and coordinate with teams to develop/implement conversational flows
• Document standards, frameworks, and processes for conversational flows
• Be detail focused, possess an ability to learn quickly, able to identify chatbot opportunities, and the experience to deliver robust chatbot conversational flows that will deliver the required business benefits for the organization
• Role supports and drives initiatives both internally within the business as well as externally with client facing deliverables

You'll Need To Have:

• Collected first experience working with data preferable through co-ops/internships
• Excitement about chatbots and virtual agents
• Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering incredible user experiences
• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma from a recognized College or University
• Knowledge of Natural Language Understanding technologies and platforms such as MS Power Virtual Agents, LUIS, etc. and how it impacts conversation designs is an asset
• Experience with MS Power Automate, Web Services, REST API and SQL is an asset
• Project Management/Lean/Six Sigma experience is an asset
• Experience in working with progress tracking tools such as Microsoft DevOps is an asset
• Strong ability to multi-task and maintain an organized and prioritized portfolio of work
• Ability to assess the “as is” state, identify opportunities for improvement, and lay out a roadmap for the “to be” state that leverages automation technologies
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with an ability to lead discussions and liaise with various disciplines and teams for chatbot execution influence, act swiftly under pressure, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities depending on stakeholder needs
• A "Think Outside the Box" attitude and Continuous improvement mindset; identifies opportunities for innovation and offers new ideas in a professional and constructive manner
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate complex technical matters in business terms

Located at 55 St. Clair Ave West, this office is steps away from St. Clair station and is easily accessible by bike, TTC and car. Occupying 7 floors, with over 700 employees, it is the largest office at Arcadis IBI Group. The floors are open concept and represent our collaborative approach to projects. You’ll have direct access to management while benefitting from our enthusiastic and helpful organizational resources team.
