Currently we are looking for Journeyman Steamfitter/Pipefitters for the Leduc / Nisku Area. We anticipate this project to rum until at least March 31, 2023.

Responsibilities:

· Read interpret drawings

· Assist in installation of equipment, pipe, and structural steel

· Prepare pipe and fittings for tacking, hoisting, and rigging

· Select type and size of pipe

· Measure, cut, thread and bend pipe

Requirements:

· Valid Journeyperson Alberta Steamfitter/Pipefitter Certificate (Red Seal if out of province certificate).

· Successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol testing.

· CSTS-09 or CSTS-20 (online) / WHMIS 2015.

· Invested in a safety-oriented work environment.

· Apprentice steamfitter, pipefitters, apprentice, apprentice.

· Ability to read and understand complex instructions.

· Ability to do careful and exacting work.

· Must have your own transportation and be able to travel to client site.

· Physically capable of performing all tasks required of field Steamfitters/Pipefitters

· Previous Experience: Pipefitter, journeyman pipefitter, steamfitter, pipefitter, pipefitter apprentice, welder, steamfitter pipefitter, apprentice pipefitter, pipe fitter, steamfitter, pipefitters, apprentice, journeyman

SHIFTS

DAYS:

• Hourly Employee Rate: $42.00/hour, Overtime Rate: $63.00/hour (This includes vacation pay)
• Subcontractor Rate $48.33-hour, Overtime Rate: $66.84/hour
• 5 and 2 shifts
• 6:00AM – 4:30PM

Expected start date: 2023-11-21
