Irrigation Service & Sales Manager

This position is located in Vineland, ON.

Newport Landscaping, established in 2006, is a landscape design/build/maintain firm, based out of Vineland, ON. Our organization's continued success and accelerated growth is due in large part to the investments we have made in our employees, in our equipment, and the long-term relationships we have developed with our clients.

This is a hybrid position that requires work in office and hands on installation work with the crew as well.

· MUST HAVE IRRIGATION INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE

· Meet & communicate directly with customers

· Receive service calls by email and phone

· Aiding in scheduling service calls and installation dates

· Respond to customer complaints and troubleshoot issues

· Quoting & pricing service repairs/Installation Projects

· Co-ordinate with Technicians for inventory. (Order when necessary)

· Assist crews with installations and Service calls when called upon.

· Customer service oriented

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Demonstrate superior managerial skills, which include leading and inspiring a large team.

· Actively involving yourself in the daily operations of the overall business.

· Must be comfortable with adapting to a busy schedule with competing priorities

· Have good problem-solving skills

Experience:

· 3+ years of hands-on working knowledge of irrigation & lighting systems – commercial and residential

· Experience in irrigation & lighting system installation

· Experience in landscape construction and/or softscaping is an asset

· To be responsible for ensuring that irrigation & lighting systems function efficiently

· To be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all systems

Must have a valid Ontario G class driver’s license with clean record

Company phone and vehicle available for the right candidate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
