· Mon – Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm – weekends free!
· $50K - $55K annual salary
· Benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, and prescriptions after successful completion of the probationary period.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Counter sales and service for walk-in customers
· Proactive, outgoing phone call activity from past customers to grow your book of business.
· Assisting in the warehouse occasionally as needed
· Maintaining the in-house customer database
· Customer follow up/service
Skills and Requirements:
· 1 – 2 years of previous inside sales experience that involved both incoming calls as well as regular proactive phone calls to generate new business
· Professional phone manner and excellent customer service skills
· Experience within a wholesale distribution environment is highly desired
· Experience with electronic security products or door hardware is an asset as well
· General computer proficiency
· Excellent prioritization and time management skills
