Responsibilities:

• Process reception of stock and goods with high efficiency in mind.
• Safely and efficiently operate our automated machinery (Autostore) to deliver products for in-store and e-commerce customers
• Package and ship products for customers orders
• Guaranteeing stock accuracy and ensuring you have the right stock at the right time
• Responding promptly to customer questions, in-person or over the phone. The visual presentation of products and stock replenishment.
• Seizing opportunities to promote the success of your department and entire store, including department sales and improving in-store efficiencies.
• Providing support to teammates in other departments and store events.
• Personal development: taking part in training classes, open to feedback.
• Promoting the benefits of becoming a Decathlon member.

Who you are:

• An energetic self-starter with a passion for sports
• People-centered, with a keen sense of service and willingness to help others.
• You want to combine logistic work in a retail environment
• Not afraid to take initiative and responsibility to develop or improve the logistics processes in the store
• Someone not afraid of repetitive tasks
• A person with excellent organizational skills and a good attention to detail.
• Ability to lift items up to 40lb
• Legally permitted to work in Canada.
• Available to work weekends
