The Member Services Associate will assist in enhancing the overall club experience by building the front line service for Members and guests. This position will work 16-24 hours per week - Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Additional hours will be required during the holiday period.

Requirements:

• Friendly and outgoing
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word/excel/outlook)
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Available to work holidays and weekends December through March

JOB DUTIES:

• answer, screen and direct calls
• greet members and guests
• direct persons to their desired destination
• respond to queries from members and guests
• provide general administrative and clerical support
• prepare correspondence and documents
• use POS (point of sale) for member and guest transactions
