- Provide guests with a seamless experience from check-in to check-out
- Manage and EXCEED their expectations
- Share your KNOWLEDGE of Whistler and its surroundings
- SUPPORT the wider team and enhance the overall guest experience – ski/bike/car valet, luggage handling, room deliveries, reservation calls
- Approach an uncomfortable situation in a CONFIDENT and PROFESSIONAL manner
- Sell us to walk-in guests!
- Encourage upselling when possible

$1000 end of season bonus! *Must be employed full time and stay until September 30th to be eligible*
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$22.40 per hour
