Reports to: Retail Sales Supervisor and Assistant Store Manager
Position Status: Permanent, Full Time 35 - 40 Hrs week
Start Date: Available Immediately
Mayo Foods is looking to fill multiple positions for cashiers. Come and join our hardworking, customer-oriented team. Subsidized housing is available if required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cashier duties
- Stocking shelves and rotating products on the grocery floor;
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries;
- Performing daily housekeeping duties;
- Operating necessary equipment;
- Following all company policies and procedures;
- Inventory management;
- Able to stand for long periods of time and able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Available to work a flexible schedule – days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
- Experience in grocery/produce is an asset but not required
- Customers Service Experience is an asset but not required
