Garde-Manger (Restaurant Cartier Arms - Hyatt Centric) Job at Burgundy Lion Group
Looking for experienced Garde-Manger for the new Hyatt Centric hotel restaurant, Cartier Arms. We are a gastro pub British inspired restaurant with an international twist.
Looking for qualified candidates with at least 2 years of experience, a culinary diploma is an asset. Must be responsible, respectful, organized, creative and punctual. Must be able to communicate well, work in a team setting and follow directions. Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
- Competitive salary ( between $19 to $22 an hour depending on experience)
- Full time or part time (part time mainly for week-ends day)
