Full Time Home Health RN (No Weekends) Job at CBI Health
CBI Health is looking for a passionate and caring RN to join our skilled team. You will use your experience and clinical skills to ensure that our clients in the "Your Care at Home" Program receive the highest quality home health care, delivered with compassion and excellence. You will be required to provide nursing as well as personal care to help clients go back to their physical baseline. Your role will also include helping organize a team of interprofessional peers such as PT, OT, SLP, SW and PSWs to help meet the patient's goals/needs.

What you will need to be successful
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
- Clear vulnerable sector screening
- A valid drivers license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle
- A valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle with liability insurance, and willingness to travel within Ottawa
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- The ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset
- All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire
