We are currently hiring for CoCo Baristas at Ajax location.

Position: Full Time

Work Schedule: Flexible

Compensation: Hourly pay+ Tips

Start Date: Immediately

Responsibilities and functions as a CoCo Baristas include but not limited to the following:

-Working in a fast paced and social environment that delivers a world class guest experience.

-Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the CoCo brand.

-Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.

-Provide great customer service by anticipates customer and store needs and requirement.

-Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

-Provides quality beverages consistently to customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards as set forth by Coco's standards.

-Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Summary of experience:

-No previous experience required

-Some food, or customer services related experiences would be an asset

-Ability to learn quickly

-Ability to work in a team environment

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Ability to build relationships

Physical Requirements:

-Constant standing/walking

-Assists with a variety of bar-related functions as needed

-Ability to lift minimum 20 lbs

-Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage

-Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine

-Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around bar area

-Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication

-Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances

-Occasional bending, lifting, pushing and restocking inventory and supplies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.50-$16.25 per hour
