What You’ll Do
With a focus on User Experience (UX), you will design and develop front-end solutions to our customers’ problems. In this high-impact role you will work directly with the founders and other developers to build out the Levr platform. Specific responsibilities include:

• Building a user experience within Levr that delights our customers.
• Discovering, experimenting, prototyping and building features that drive high-value customer experiences.
• Demonstrating ownership over our UX/UI and initiative to constantly improve the experience.
• Contributing to wider product design and strategy conversations with founders and other developers.
• Conducting user research and consolidating feedback.
• Improving front-end performance and user experience on a continuous basis.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Ability to work autonomously and with a desire for ownership and accountability over front-end design and development.
• Experience in designing and building a beautiful and successful UI/UX.
• Knowledge of, and experience in, the following technologies:

........ Javascript and related ecosystem

• Experience of UX design best practices and process, as well as in rapid prototyping.
• 3+ years of professional experience

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of, and experience in, the following technologies:

........ Redux, Redux-toolkit, Mantine
........ Kubernetes
........ Docker
........ Event-driven architecture
........ Real-time architecture
........ GCP (or AWS or Azure)

• Knowledge of security (product, network, authorization and authentication, etc) and compliance implications when developing FinTech products (e.g. GDPR).
• Affinity for creating documentation and other communication/organisational systems
• Experience working in an early-stage startup.
• Knowledge of FinTech or demonstrated curiosity around the industry.

Salary: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
