Job Responsibilities:
-Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
-Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner
-Prep and set up of workstations and equipment
-Serve breakfast and lunch dishes
-Ensure that quality control and presentation standards are met
-Maintain a clean/sanitized and orderly work environment in the restaurant
-Perform other duties as required or assigned
-Ensure all food/other items are properly stored
-Monitor stock/shortages
-Perform other duties as required or assigned
Job Requirements:
-Some experience preferred
-Excellent customer service skills
-Be able to work in a team environment
-Stand and walk throughout a 4 to 8-hour shift
Smart Serve Certification is preferred
