Job Summary:

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Driven to be a part of a growing division in a successful construction company.
• Safety orientated with a safe work mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for learning the construction industry.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Must have at least 2 years of finish carpentry experience in commercial construction. Multi-family experience is an asset.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Work Conditions

• Daily shift Monday – Friday, working 9 hours per day with overtime and weekends as required
• Work will be primarily indoors

Job Description

• Complete finish carpentry tasks as directed by the superintendent or foreperson on site.
• Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
• Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, furniture, etc.
• Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed
• Collaborate with other Ledcor personnel, supervisors and subcontractors to complete projects as assigned
