Director of Operations

*Toronto, ON*

This role will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the operational success of all corporate and franchise locations
• Operational excellence in all brand(s) and every location
• Hiring, training and development of all direct reports.
• Creating development plans and goals for all team members
• Ensuring all budget and financial projections are achieved
• Developing strategies to achieve brand KPI’s and budgets
• Reporting on all KPI’s to measure and adjust.
• Promoting from within where possible to great a culture of development retention and succession.
• Creating a team and a culture of teamwork to foster communication, efficiency, diversity, problem solving and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Five (5) year experience in a similar position in a franchise environment.
• Valid Driver's License, car.
• Proficient on PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel when needed
• Able to work outside of regular hours when needed
