Opportunity Summary
Reporting to the President, as a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will focus on leading and planning the company’s SEO strategy and web marketing needs. This role requires a dedicated and driven individual, who doesn’t shy away from hard work. Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities.
- Optimize copy and landing pages and manage all paid search campaigns on Google, as well as other search and display marketing engines and manage the paid search budget to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Optimize copy and landing pages
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
- A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs
- Collaborate with teams responsible for content, blogging, email, social media, to optimize each conversion path
- Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths
- Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team
- Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate
You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant SEM and CRO experience required (strategic experience with web analytics and web server management strongly preferred).
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
- Well-versed in conversion and online customer acquisition
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
- Experience with bid management
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
- Proficient using smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Solid analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and you are data-driven.
- Experience with inbound marketing tactics
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
