Die Casting Dies Designer Job at Aarkel Tool and Die Inc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designing of Die Casting Dies according to customer requirements and specifications.
Accurate recording of design information relative to design and build activity of dies.
Maintaining up-to-date job history files.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education level required is grade 12 or equivalent. The successful completion of the
Mould Design program from an accredited Community College or other recognized institution of
learning is preferable. Prior experience as mould maker is considered an asset.
Should possess good hand-eye co-ordination, ability to view and interpret three-dimensional
drawings, good verbal and written communication skills, excellent attendance, and ability to
present proper company image when meeting with customers.
Must be able to use design software programs (I.e. Unigraphics, Catia, Cadkey, etc.).
