Scotlynn Commodities is seeking a Data Entry Clerk at our corporate office located in Vittoria, ON. The Data Entry Clerk is an entry-level position performing tasks ranging from data entry, appointment and load booking to driver dispatches and location tracking. Solid communication skills are essential for this position as you are a critical member of our team interacting with various levels of the supply chain.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Driver/carrier dispatch and communication
- Shipment track and trace
- Customs processing and clearance tracking
- Pick-up and delivery appointment booking
- Review and process incoming paperwork for billing & accounts payable
- Ensure accuracy of billing & accounts payable
- Provide top-notch customer service to Scotlynn’s carrier base, customer base and employees
- Help resolve issues and carrier needs with constant professionalism, insight and courtesy
- Perform other duties as required
