Lawn Troopers® is a full-service, residential lawn-maintenance company servicing the Western GTA. We take great pride in offering unsurpassed grass cutting, lawn treatments, and gardening services.

We’re looking to recruit a Full Time, Year-round, Customer Service and Sales Specialist to join the squadron. A person who is driven to make a difference, committed to excellent customer service, thrives on challenges, is self-motivated, strong computer skills and enjoys working with a great team, should apply.

The Customer Service and Sales Specialist will be responsible for all incoming sales calls and inquiries, handling customer questions, complaints and providing information about the services and products. Duties include:

· Providing excellent customer service to all customers, leads, and general inquiries

· Being team focused and ubderstanding the culture, while demonstrating company values

· Responding to all customer inquiries promptly

· Responding to all email and phone lead requests in a timely manner and provide
information and pricing about all services and products

· Acknowledge, resolve and record customer feedback

· Upsell products and services to current customers as appropriate to their needs

· Working Lawn Troopers computer systems and operational systems

· Assist with administrative duties as required

Experience and Qualifications

· Strong computer skills to learn the company's software and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· Experience and excellent skills in customer relations

· Strong organizational skills and time management

· Experience and understanding of Lawn Care not required, training provided

· Experience with social media an asset, but not required

· Ability to work independently and professionally, while following instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
