We are looking for a new Property Maintenance Foreman. You will be working with zero-turn mowers, walk behind mowers etc. Leading a team of property maintenance technicians (some educated in programs and some not), you will be expected to run crews including delegate work to the team, and assist in growing this department. You will be expected to get your hands dirty as well. We are a 12 month service company so snow services are expected and are a must. We are willing to offer salary with paid vacation time if preferred as well. Phone, benefit package, and $250 signing incentive after 3 months.

Pay rate will be based on experience.

Mostly new equipment including exmark, scag, toro, echo and shidaiwa, trailers and trucks. All equipment is less than 2 years old. We have relationships with property managers, municipalities, commercial property owners, and residential home owners.

You will be required to:

• Perform physical duties over the length of the shift

• To lift up to 20kg repeatedly during your shift
• Supervise and lead a crew of up to 3 while onsite.
• Delegate responsibilities to your team

• Be proficient in property maintenance and gardening methods and techniques
• Have a valid G licence
• Have transportation to our office at 109 Concession Rd 6 E, Millgrove Ont

You will also be encouraged to assign tasks based on work schedules, keep workers on task, and inspect the quality of work to ensure job requirements are met. Instruct crew members on proper work standards. Interact with customers to resolve issues or answer questions. Crew leaders, also called foreperson, work along with crew members in completing all landscaping installations/maintenance. Operate a variety of hand tools and equipment such as hedge trimmers, pruning saws, mowing equipment, etc. to complete property and garden maintenance routes.
