Job Overview
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Real Estate and Environmental Programs, the Real Estate – Corporate Programs Consultant is responsible for portfolio management in both Ontario and Quebec. Portfolios to be managed include BTS’ Environmental Program, Business Continuity Plan, and Corporate Emergency Measures. Routine audits, communications and updating are required to ensure program compliance, quality and control
Key Responsibilities
Environmental:
- Managing various programs and reporting on organizational activities
- Introducing new initiatives and conducting internal program audits
Business Continuity Plan (BCP):
- Ensuring plan is routinely updated and adjusted as organization evolves
Corporate Emergency Measures:
- Implement Emergency Management (EM) program and ensure alignment with corporate standards
- Develop emergency evacuation plans and ensure annual training and drills are carried out
Critical Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (G2 or greater), with access to a vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Able to work with minimal supervision, taking initiative when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Fully bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) An asset

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
