Skills:

• Represent the company and your workmates with professionalism and pride.
• Work through all phases from demolition to finishing (Able to think ahead to the finishing details while in the demo and framing stages).
• Must have a wide range of skills that span from framing with wood and steel studs, hanging doors, installing millwork, cabinets, etc.
• Drywall experience is an asset.
• Experience with woodworking and finishing an asset.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Must be organized and able to keep the work area clean.
• Integrity, good judgement, strong work ethic, courtesy toward fellow staff members, sub-trades, property owners and occupants.
• Able to take direction and follow through on instructions.
• Willing to learn and have a "Can do" attitude.

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and be on their feet 10-12 hours/day.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Use proper lifting techniques for heavy items weighing more than 25 kilograms.
• They must have their basic hand tools and belt.
