About the Career Gateway Program

The Career Gateway Program is a placement and referral program for external job seekers with skills and abilities relevant to a variety of jobs across the Manitoba government, who self declare as a member of one of the following employment equity groups:

• Indigenous people
• Visible minorities
• Persons with disabilities
