Role Description:
The role requires to communicate across multiple-discipline teams (DEV, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Technology Risk, etc.). The individual will be working directly with the tech leadership of Shareworks by Morgan Stanley and responsible for
Understanding the IT systems and cataloguing the technology assets using Firm’s standard framework
Enforcing the technology processes defined within the Firm to meet SDLC policy, Business Continuity compliance, etc.
Act as liaison between business, technology and management teams
Define and operate appropriate governance to track, report and manage the System Hygiene, Data Security and Critical technology risks within the department
Work closely with Infrastructure team to drive the Capacity Planning and Data Lifecycle Management for the IT systems
Assist the Tech Leadership in responding to Audit queries related to Business process and IT systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills Required:
Comprehensive knowledge in Technical and Business Writing, Data & Business Process Flows
System Architecture and Design
Organize and conduct walkthrough of technology policies and procedures with Business and Technology teams
Basic financial services knowledge with ability to understand system behavior, dependencies, and data flows
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
Proficient in MS Office: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word and PowerPoint
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated individual with a focus on details and eager to learn and grow
Ability to interface with diverse technical and non-technical groups

Qualifications:
Minimum BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
About 8-10 years of experience
Experience working on large complex enterprise IT platforms is a plus.
