We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Banquet Set Up Attendantto join our banquet team. This position is responsible for:

• Serving our guests in a gracious and professional manner to create memorable experiences unique to each guest.
• Setting up and breakdown of events/ functions (i.e. set up tables, chairs, piping and draping, breakdown of material, transporting supplies, etc.).
• Arranging tables and chairs.
• Cleaning and vacuuming event/ meeting space.
• Maintaining the banquet storage areas in an organized manner.
• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Secondary School Graduation Diploma or the equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team setting.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure at all times, regardless of the issue, while performing multiple tasks with multiple guests/ multiple items/ products.
• Smart Serve certificate required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job (i.e. lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
