Main Function of this Position: Receive, process, and verify all accounts payable.
Overview of General Duties, but Not Limited To:
1. Accounts Payable
· Manage and sort all incoming invoices for payment.
· Reconcile vendor statements.
2. Data Entry
· Process and enter all payables
3. Vendor Support
· Assist with timely completion of accounts payable.
· Respond to and assist with vendor inquiries.
4. Systems and Processes
· Use all current position related systems and processes, while providing suggestions for improvement where needed.
Requirements:
· Experience in accounts payable.
· Ability to work within a team-based environment.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Ability to meet required deadlines.
· Knowledge of Sage Accounting software is an asset.

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
