Target Sports Canada is offering the right candidate a rare opportunity to work alongside our senior management team as we modernize and transform our business.

Working with an implementation specialist you will launch a specialized enterprise database then manage the integrated e-commerce and inventory management components responsible for key business operations for our busy sport shooting facility located north of Markham, ON.

This is a multi-roll position that will see the successful candidate excel at wearing multiple hats and being able to switch between them in order to overcome the unique daily challenges of our fast-paced business. Most importantly, the successful candidate will be able to make customer priorities their own and provide an exemplary customer experience.

In this roll you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the implementation, training and ongoing management of the enterprise database and e-commerce platform
• Managing the day-to-day operations of a small retail warehouse including all daily shipping and receiving tasks
• Providing an extraordinary customer experience to our online customers, through accurate and prompt delivery of online purchases

Minimum Requirements:

• General knowledge of supply chain functions, including supply, warehousing and ERP management
• Practical knowledge of at least one ERP application (Enterprise Resource Planning) and/or CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong planning, problem solving and research skills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of the firearms industry is an asset

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at time
• Must be able to navigate retail space and reach items both high and low

Qualifications:

• A Firearms license is advantageous, but we can provide training
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
