This job offers:
- Competitive starting wage
- $19.83 - $20.83 hourly with shift premium
- Regular wages increases
- Mon - Friday schedule (No weekends)
- Voluntary overtime (after 40 hours per week)
- Benefits include dental, prescription, Extended Health Care, Vision Care
- Premiums 100% paid by company
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production, using automated weaving loom (full training provided)
- Learn to read and understand stitching patterns
- Change bobbins, use a knotting machine for securing material together
- Repair broken, cross, and buried ends
- Identify and report defects
- Monitor output, report on defects, failures, or unsafe conditions
You offer:
- Flexibility to work a Mid-Aft-Day (11pm-7am / 3pm-11pm / 7am - 3pm)
- Able to lift (up to) 35lbs, with some bending, reaching
- Enjoys manual, hands-on and tactile work
- Comfortable working with automated machinery
- Ability to work and adapt in a steady to at times, fast-paced environment
