What we’re looking for:

The RV Detailer Supervisor will work cohesively with the Service department on the timing of the detailed units to be presentable to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the Washsbay/Detail team.
• Work with the Service Department, if parts within the units need to be ordered or repaired.
• All work will be checked by the Detail Supervisor; any missing or incomplete items will be asked to be redone. Until inspection is done and approval of completion is given the unit remains in washbay.
• Management of time; it is important to complete work within required time frames.
• Clean customer courtesy vehicles or other Four Seasons owned vehicles as required.
• Order all Washbay cleaning inventory for the Washbay Department
• Study cleaning products before using; Have Knowledge of the cleaning products in use.( MSDS)
• T# is to be recorded on all units.
• Keep shop, work area, and benches neat and tidy including:Putting away wash pail after using

Putting extension cords away
Putting ladders away after using
Keep lunch area clean and free of garbage

• Fill supplies prior to leaving for the day; everything should be ready to go for the next day.

• Previous supervisory experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Detail orientated
