Travel is back! All Aboard!

After a successful season of travel resuming, we are looking for talented Traveler Experience Agents to regrow our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering world class experiences to our travelers. This position is part-time, with a chance of becoming a full time during the summer season.

Wandrian specializes in the Italian travel experience. Not all people that we speak to are paying customers, but they are communicating with us as past, present, or future travelers to Italy, for guidance and expertise. So here we are, guiding the traveler through Italy, so they can experience the Bel Paese, better.

About You

• You have experience within a customer service environment
• You have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
• You love communicating with customers via phone, email, chat and social media
• You are passionate about customer satisfaction and will go the extra mile
• You have reasonable computing skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• You’re flexible in a diverse and fast-paced environment
• You can meet deadlines with a positive approach
• You can work independently, and as part of a team
• You’re comfortable working various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Must be available for 20 hours of training which will be scheduled between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

The Role

• Provide world-class traveler service via phone, email, and chat across all our offerings/product line
• Advise travelers about the different products that we offer to enhance their travel experience
• Create new bookings, as well as make changes to existing bookings
• Help travelers redeem their credits and vouchers
• Assist with fraud checks and processes
• Capture required data and process through appropriate systems
• Enter traveler information into our database
• Keep up to date with promotions & special offers
• Ensure traveler satisfaction by following up to resolve problems
• Engage with travelers to Italy through our growing online community
• Maintaining our reviews - Feefo and Google!
