DOT Communications is one of Ontario's leading Authorized Dealers for Xplore High-Speed Internet and Shaw Direct Satellite TV.
Based in the Kawartha Lakes, we provide sales and installation services throughout Ontario. DOT Communications continues to expand our team of motivated professionals, and is seeking a Field Manager to support the growth of our team of Field Technicians.
Increased demand for Rural Telecommunication Services has provided DOT Communications with the drive to expand our team to meet the needs of our communities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Train New Field Technicians
- Review daily reports to ensure that installation standards are being maintained
- Preform on-site job audits as required
- Support Field Technicians with daily ongoing activities
- Develop Training Systems and Standards
- Complete Installations & Service Appointments
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Telecommunications Industry (Cable, Security, Wireless and Satellite Installations)
- Supervisor or Management level experience considered an asset
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook is required
- Ability to work independently or as a team
Other Key Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent technical knowledge and ability, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Desire to constantly learn new technologies.
- Physically capable and be able to lift 65lbs.
- Technicians with active XN number are an asset

Salary: $26.00-$27.50 per hour
