Job Summary

As a Shelby’s team member you will be actively working with your manager to ensure that each shift operates successfully, smoothly and we have fun.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Essential duties of a Shelby's Team Member are:

• Delivering the perfect guest experience
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of Shelby's
• Handling cash flow of the restaurant
• Ensuring delivery of high quality meals to customers
• Prepares and packages food and drink products
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior
• Ensuring all standards are being met for hygiene, cleanliness, food quality and safety.
• Maintaining a high task completion rate in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds of force frequently
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Ability to push products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds

Salary: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
