Systems Analyst Job at Anjillan Consulting Services Inc.
- IT Service Requests and Incidents: Pickup, acknowledge and resolve the tickets in time.
- Prioritise issues and work with Support Leads, Application Managers, IT Ops, and other teams
- Maintain high quality in all operational aspects and ensure ticket quality
- Increase the operational efficiencies by automating the repetitive tasks and building a knowledge base
- Escalate high-priority issues to Team Lead and other Senior Management
- Learn new technologies and acquire new skills to cater changing demands
